日本の伴侶動物から分離された大腸菌、Klebsiella属菌、Enterobacter属菌でのコリスチン感受性を調査し、Enterobacter cloacae complexがコリスチン耐性を高頻度に示すこと、一部はヒトから分離される菌株株と同一のSequence typeであることを明らかにしました。
We investigated the colistin susceptibility to Escherichia coli, Klebsiella spp. and Enterobacter spp. derived from companion animals in Japan.
We found that Enterobacter cloacae complex showed a high frequency of colistin resistance, and some of them were same sequence types as those isolated from humans.
